Love As a Business Strategy

Interview with Mohammad Anwar, SEO of Softway Solutions and Co-author of Love as a Business Strategy.

Mohammad Anwar was living the dream. He was the CEO of a thriving technology company with nearly 300 employees. He enjoyed the lifestyle of a successful entrepreneur.

Until the company began to implode. The firm was hemorrhaging cash, and employees were jumping off as fast as they could.

There was nothing wrong with the market. By his own admission, he was the problem. He had created a toxic culture, and the options were limited.

In this 40-minute interview, discover how love became his business strategy.

Love As A Business Strategy

I don’t think I ever remember the word “Love” being mentioned in any of my courses in leadership or management. Yet in the research for my book, I interviewed a Full U.S. Army Colonel and a retired 4-Star General. Both officers are individual, outstanding leaders. Both benefited by learning leadership within the structure of a leadership system. Both spoke openly and candidly about love and leadership.

I recently had the honor of speaking with Mohammad Anwar, Frank Danna, and Jeff Ma on their “Love As A Business Strategy.” What a delight to speak with these outstanding and insightful business professionals.
