Two-thirds of first-time managers receive no training or coaching in leadership. Those that do receive training find they cannot implement what they learn. Entrenched leadership systems reward power and position and supersede opportunities for innovation and transformation.

So I am leading a revolution to rethink this thing we call leadership. A thing for which there is no universal definition, no common set of principles, or activities. The solution is understanding leadership as an organizational system, that can be designed with a unique genetic DNA. A system where all leaders can be trained to its requirements. This is the model followed by organizations that sustain high performance.
